Cougar Cuties Basketball and Sportsplex Volleyball
Julia had her first basketball practice after school today. She was ready to go! Always is. :)
After practice she shared that Coach Johnson had told them that they were going to be amazing at their game on Saturday because they had done so well at practice. This made Julia so happy!
On Friday Julia has her first volleyball game. She's nervous about whether she'll be able to serve over the net. We talked about how it's about just giving it your best and that it's okay if it doesn't go over at first - it takes time to develop skills. She has been practicing hitting balls in the air around the house and serving outside in the backyard against the fireplace wall. Excited to see her play at both games this weekend!
