Blessing of the Animals with Val!

 For the past six years we haven't been able to bring Val to Blessing of the Animals at school.  It never worked out because there wasn't a way that I could get him to school and then take him home.  My parents stayed with us for about two weeks and happened to be with us when the celebration day happened.  Julia was SO excited.  Finally she could bring Val to school.

We let her sleep in a little bit and my parents took her to get some doughnuts before meeting up at school for Val's blessing.  Val was super excited to be around lots of people and other dogs.  He was wagging his tail and panting really heavy.  He was much calmer than I'd anticipated, but extremely happy.
