Ish News
As we settled on the couch to relax at home after school today, Julia stood up and announced that she had good news and news that was... ish. She asked if I wanted to hear the good news or the ish news first. I asked for the ish news so that we could end with the good.
She shared her story as such:
"Well, today Samantha and I were not feeling good so we went to the nurse together. She took our temperatures, but didn't tell us what they were the first time. She said that we could come back if weren't feeling good later. So we were not feeling good and came back later. The second time she told us our temperatures. Samantha had a fever of 97!! I had a fever of 98!! We can come back to her tomorrow if we aren't feeling good."
All of this from a girl who is really hoping to be sick so that she just stay home. Good luck tomorrow little one.
