Somewhere Over the Rainbow

Each night that I put Julia to bed, we end with a song while I gently rub the length of her nose and the sides of her cheeks.  It's something that we did with the girls when they were little and Julia finds that it helps her relax so that she can sleep.  Lately I'll ask her what song she'd like to hear and it is always the same - Somewhere Over the Rainbow.  She closes her eyes and listens to the whole song - then on the final note, she sings it with me and smiles.

I always give her a small kiss on the top of her forehead, tell her I love her and sweet dreams.  She always answers "I love you too" as I close the door.  So sweet!
